1. Introduction

Welcome to Strataview Media (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, digital marketing services, advertising services, or web development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services We Provide

Strataview Media offers:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Social Media Marketing & Management
• Google Ads & Meta Ads (Paid Advertising)
• Branding, Logo Design & Visual Identity
• Website Design, Development & Landing Pages
• Content Creation, Creative Design & Strategy
• Marketing Funnels & Conversion Optimization

All services will be provided based on the written proposal, quotation, or agreement shared with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, branding materials, and access details (e.g., website, ad accounts, social media).
• Approve creatives, ad copies, and content within reasonable timelines.
• Maintain payment schedules as agreed in the contract.
• Follow platform policies (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Failure to provide required information may delay service timelines.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

4.1 Payment Terms

Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Monthly marketing retainers must be paid before the new cycle begins. Ad budgets (Google Ads + Meta Ads) are paid directly to the advertising platforms by the client.

4.2 Refunds

All payments made to Strataview Media are non-refundable. Refunds are NOT provided for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of internal resources from client side
• Delays caused by missing content, approvals, or account access
• Performance fluctuations due to market conditions or platform algorithm changes

5. Service Timelines

Project timelines (e.g., website delivery, campaign launch) will be outlined in writing. Timelines may extend if client feedback or access is delayed. Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors — we do not guarantee specific rankings, engagement numbers, or leads unless stated in writing.

6. Advertising & Lead Generation Disclaimer

Strataview Media manages and optimizes advertising campaigns, but:

• We cannot guarantee specific lead quantity or sales results.
• Ad performance depends on competition, audience behavior, market conditions, and platform policies.
• Lead quality may vary based on your industry and targeting.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of their logos, images, brand materials, and content they provide.

7.2 Agency Materials

Unless transferred in writing, Strataview Media owns creative concepts, strategy documents, design frameworks, internal tools, and final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment is made.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business information, login details, campaign data, and strategy documents confidential. We do not share client data with third parties unless legally required or necessary for service delivery.

9. Account Access

Client must provide required access to social media accounts, Google Analytics/Search Console, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and hosting/domain panel (for web projects). Strataview Media is not responsible for delays if access is not provided on time.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with 7 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for the current month or ongoing billing cycle. All pending invoices must be paid before termination. Projects terminated mid-way will require payment for work already completed.

11. Liability Limitation

• Loss of revenue due to platform outages
• Algorithm changes affecting rankings or ad performance
• Website downtime caused by hosting changes
• Business losses due to client-side operational errors
• Legal issues arising from content the client provides

We operate as a marketing & advertising service provider — not as a financial or legal advisor.

12. Policy Changes

Strataview Media reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revision date.
